Home Health Aide’s responsibilities include:

• Bathing, dressing, undressing and grooming clients.
• Assisting in feeding clients who requires help.
• Assisting clients with self-administration of medication. 
• Assisting with transfer of clients in and out of bed. Transporting clients using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assisting clients to walk.
• Toileting of clients who are incontinent or diapered.
• Turning and repositioning bedfast clients to prevent bedsores. 
• Changing bed linens. 
• Running errands using your personal vehicle.
• Taking and recording temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates.
• Monitoring clients’ food and fluid intake/output as directed by care plan. 
• Dusting and cleaning clients’ rooms. 
• Providing respite care, which includes supervision, companionship, and direct client assistance. 
• Protecting Agape In Home & Health Care’s values by keeping clients’ information confidential and adhering to professional state and federal laws. 
• Updating job knowledge by participating in educational in-service training.
