Nurse Supervisor’s responsibilities include: 

• Evaluating aides’ performances. 
• Monitoring provision of services in accordance with the care plan. 
• Keeping documentation on clients with a delivery rate of less than 80% of the authorized units of in-home service. 
• Providing skilled care to clients as authorized by a doctor. 
• Supervising clients’ on-site visit program and assuring appropriate documentation.
• Communicating with RN and Division of Senior and Disability Services Case Manager regarding clients.
• Performing 2 General Health Evaluations for client per year.
• Performing a 10% sampling visit on all Personal Care clients.
